Flue gas desulphurization & denitrification is applied in the purification process of the exhaust gases generated by nitrogen oxides and sulfur oxides. The exhaust gas produced by industrial boilers, steel, cement, chemical and other industries should go through the desulfurization & denitration and dust removal device to discharge, so that the sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxide can be dealt with well. The fan is always used with desulfurization & denitration device, mainly including induced draft fan, aeration blower fan and dilution fan.
In the wet desulphurization process, the flue gas containing sulfur is going to the spray desulphurization tower by the induced draft fan directly or after dust removal by the dust collector.
In the method of limestone or magnesium oxide desulfurization process, aeration blower fan is used to provide a large amount of compressed air into the bottom of the desulfurization tower, which can help for the reaction between air and limestone or magnesium oxide.
In the SCR denitration process, the role of dilution fan is blowing a large amount of air to dilute the ammonia gas to a certain proportion and then push it into the reactor pipeline.
